How to combat cold feet in the winter for programmers



  1. Buy a hot water bottle (a nice inspiring cover is a bonus but not required).
  2. Buy a drum-kit.


  1. Put the kettle on.
  2. Sit at the drum-kit and to an independence exercise that involves the four limbs, for about 10 min.
  3. Fill the hot water bottle, sit back at the computer and lay the hot water bottle over your feet.

Works like a charm! :)
