How to combat cold feet in the winter for programmers

Preparation:
- Buy a hot water bottle (a nice inspiring cover is a bonus but not required).
- Buy a drum-kit.
Treatment:
- Put the kettle on.
- Sit at the drum-kit and to an independence exercise that involves the four limbs, for about 10 min.
- Fill the hot water bottle, sit back at the computer and lay the hot water bottle over your feet.
Works like a charm! :)
