You'd think that after 226 days of doing this I'd have this down pat. Well. Earlier today I spent an hour with bar 226, not working, way too messy, getting progressively frustrated. The solution is of course: stop, move, let it go, then try again, but just asking What's next? . 5 minutes and it was done.
