maps

To say that my biggest effort at editing was during the CyberDreams creating process is useless. :)

Before the CyD release, I had finished some single player maps too, but none of them was uploaded (a gesture I should be thanked for by the community, heh).

The only maps I've uploaded to ftp.cdrom.com so far are all for deathmatch mode. And in fact the only one I'm not ashamed of is my 4-map 'Beresith'. The other two you'll find here ready to take a look are 'Discipline' and 'Three of a Perfect Pair'. Feel free to read my comments about them, watch the screenshots, download them and even play some of them (at your own risk...) :)

More:

1) Any news relating the edition of the 'Insomnia' maps will be notified on the CyD section (this project is stopped right now, btw).

2) Not that I can promise I will work hard very soon on new maps, but if I get back to DM or SP edition again, you'll know about it here.

Thanks.

All of them are based on the brick-brown theme.

Martin Friberg was too kind to write a review for this pwad shortly after its release. Unfortunately, the site (Doomster) is not up anymore.

There is a second review at Mellow Land's "We the People" section, kindly sent by Brad Spencer.

Slightly inspired on Matt McElroy's 'HawkEye's Fragfest' (hawkff3.wad).

It's funny that one of the sentences on its textfile says: 'A few textures aren't aligned but who cares?' Well, I must admit that the same happens with Discipline. :-/

Anyway, expect a good amount of 1-on-1 activity on this one.

Three heterogenic maps. Average-poor design and gameplay.

Not much to say. Gonzalo and I used to play them a lot, although they look absolutely dated today.
